14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If Virtuino Cloud does not meet your requirements, we offer a full refund on any paid plan
within 14 days of the original purchase — no questions asked.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans (Essential, Advanced, Ultimate) purchased
directly through Virtuino Cloud via our payment partner Paddle.com.
The Hobby (free) plan is not subject to billing and therefore not covered.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued
through Paddle back to your original payment method.
2. 14-Day Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase
- This is your first purchase of that plan (not a renewal)
- Your account has not been suspended for Terms of Service violations
The 14-day period starts on the date of the confirmed payment, not the date you first log in.
Refunds are available once per plan tier — upgrading to the same plan again does not reset the window.
3. Automatic Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly)
- You will receive an email reminder before each renewal
- If you did not intend to renew, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge — we will evaluate refunds for renewal payments on a case-by-case basis
- To avoid unwanted renewals, cancel your subscription from the account console before the renewal date
4. Yearly Plans
Yearly plans offer a significant discount (~17%) compared to monthly billing.
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies equally to yearly purchases.
After the 14-day window, yearly plan refunds are not automatically issued for the unused period,
as the discount is granted in exchange for the annual commitment.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion for exceptional circumstances — contact us to discuss.
5. How to Request a Refund

Include your details
Provide the email address associated with your account and the approximate purchase date.
A reason is helpful but not required within the 14-day window.

We process your request
We will confirm your refund within 2 business days and initiate the
payment reversal through Paddle.

Funds returned
Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days,
depending on your bank or card provider.
6. When Refunds Are Not Issued
- Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date (outside the guarantee window)
- Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service (e.g. abuse, policy violations)
- Charges for previous billing periods already consumed
- Requests where the same plan has already been refunded previously
- Downgrade requests — cancelling a paid plan does not entitle you to a refund for the current period; access continues until the end of the paid period
After a refund is issued, your account will be downgraded to the free Hobby plan immediately.
7. Cancellation & Downgrade
You can cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from the account console.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. You retain full access to your paid plan features
until the end of the current billing period, after which the account automatically moves to the Hobby plan.
No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period upon cancellation,
unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window.
