It seems I was able to solve the time format mystery. The time is measured in milliseconds, since 1 January, 1970 year, 04:00 AM.
For example: 2025/08/18 04:00 equals to 175 554 752 000 milliseconds, where 04 stands for my region GMT +4:00.
