Another project compilation and running has been done successfully. Seems the sketch of reported case has unknown bug.
My MC is very nervous about GPIOs, choused as input and pulled up. I have tried to change them to trouble free ports. Any way I withdraw my alarm about Arduino IDE update and VirtuinoCM library's combability.
