To be able to send the message you will need to go through the steps to get a virtual phone number from Twilio, a communications company. No credit card needed because Twilio has free Trial account option. Then, you will download and use a sample Arduino IDE program to send SMS messages. You can also use the app mod apk at getmodnow.com to make this easier
