Bug with Virtuino Pro and new cellular - JLP - 12-26-2022 Hi, I bought Virtuino Pro in December 2018. I changed my cell phone a few months ago. When I want to add a widget, the application asks me to buy Virtuino. When I Click to buy Virtuino 6 Pro, the application gives me an error code (I already have this item). How do I activate my purchase again? I don't have an ID number. I uninstalled then reinstalled on my Virtuino purchase account, but it doesn't work. This procedure works well on my old cell phone, but not on my new cell phone. I don't have the purchase receipt from Google Play, but I have a screenshot that proves I made the purchase.
