1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service:

• Account data: email address and password (hashed) used to log in.
• Device data: FCM push notification token to deliver alerts to your device.
• IoT data: sensor readings and alert logs sent by your connected devices.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and provide access to your dashboards.
• To send push notifications for device alerts you have enabled.
• To display real-time and historical IoT data on your dashboards.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• Google Firebase (FCM): used solely to deliver push notifications.
• Google Cloud Platform: our infrastructure provider where data is stored.

4. Data Retention

Alert logs are automatically deleted after 10 days. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
