connection outside wifi network - marcopc - 05-19-2023
Hello,
i try to connect my hardware from outside my wifi network.
I dob't have a static IP, i use ddns but the Virtuino app not recognize http address.
Is possible to have a suggestions?

Ok i solved
is not necessary "http://", now work also outside my home network

I wouldn't suggest connecting to your local network from the outside without a minimum of protection. Port forwarding is a source of trouble (and of attempts to break into your network).
The best thing is to leave your local app and access it from outside via an app such as OpenVPN (to be installed on your router and computer/smartphone). Encryption and network protection are a must in 2023!
