I think you can not do it using Virtuino. You need a custom app. I am sorry I can't help you with this issue

ok, but if I receive a link to an image in base64, how can I open it from Virtuino? Is it even possible to open a link for example google.com from Virtuino?

you can create a request to a server but the app can read the response as text only.
